This month I decided to build a project showing my marketing expertise. My overall goal was to show a hiring manager my ability to self learn & build a project in a timely manner. Below is a weekly check-in for week three of this month. I decided to do a weekly check-in each week so I could hold myself accountable for my monthly goals!

You can find my week two check-in here:

Week 2 Check-In. This month I will be creating a project… | by Lexiphilipp | Jan, 2021 | Medium

This week my goal was to learn the tech tool Hubspot. Just like last week, I built a Loom video showing how to use this tech tool, and then I created a blog post further explaining the tool.

Hubspot is a tech tool that aims to provide tools for customer relationship management, social media marketing, content management, lead generation, web analytics, search engine optimization, live chat, and customer support.

I personally have never used this tech tool so I’m excited to try it out. When I was looking through their comments and reviews I noticed a lot of people explained this tool as an “All-In-One Marketing Software”.

I think this is a perfect way to explain this tool given all the things you can do!

After I learn how to use Hubspot and record the process. I will then begin working on a blog post I’m planning on titling “The Day In The Life As A Marketing Director”. I thought my project was missing something. I wanted to add something to my project to spice it up. So I decided to reach out to a lady I know through work. She was kind enough to let me interview her so I plan on making a blog post detailing her job.

I’m super excited to create a blog post showing her advice she gave me and what it took her to get where she is now!

If interested you can find more information about my project here. I look forward to showing you what I bring to the table!
